This feature can be utilized in gameplay situations, such as high speed vehicle chases, wherein the player can use the dual-hook to attach a pursuing vehicle to the ground, immediately forcing it to a stop and causing immense damage to the vehicle.

In addition, the player is given a ‘reloadable’ stunt parachute which is always ready to be deployed, even if it had been deployed and discarded only moments before.
